From these alerts, you can go to a property investors’ list for investment opportunities. Any information you give to us is covered by our privacy policy which protects your personal data.

Payment and Charges

You agree to pay all costs and charges related to the Services we provide for you set out on our website or agreed at a later date with our Team and to use the appropriate payment facilities and secure processes. 

We may also charge a reservation fee which will be deducted from the fees we charge (Sourcing fees). 

We may sometimes, if requested by you, refer you to a mortgage finance broker who can arrange a property loan for you. In such circumstances we may receive an introduction fee from the mortgage finance broker which will be based on a percentage of the loan and applies to each loan arranged by the mortgage finance broker.

Lawful Purposes

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not post or transmit any material which violates or infringes the rights of others through our Site. Or which is threatening, abusive, racist, obscene or otherwise objectionable, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we are prevented or delayed from fulfilling our obligations under these Terms by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, our inability or delay in performing our obligations will not be in breach of this agreement. Jurisdiction and Governing law

You also agree that English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Smithton Investments Ltd are registered with the Property Redress Scheme ( PRS) https://www.theprs.co.uk/ who can hear consumer complaints and assist in dispute resolution concerning Property.
